Qbik Starter Kit

Qbik is not just another formicarium; it is a professional modular system designed to grow with you and your colony, offering:

• The greatest scalability on the market: expand your setup without changing systems, all the way up to the limits of any colony.
• A reliable and efficient humidity control system designed to guarantee nest stability. It provides humidity and also allows the ants to drink from it.
• Various gallery configurations, adapted to granivorous, insectivorous, or mixed species. The kits include the ideal gallery for Messor barbarus.
• Robust materials and functional design, oriented toward daily handling and observation, with a resistant material that makes it very difficult for ants to damage it.

For these reasons, Qbik has become one of the most complete formicarium platforms in the world, ideal for both beginners and advanced enthusiasts.

We want your ants to begin their adventure in the best possible conditions. That’s why we have prepared different ready-to-use Qbik kits, equipped with everything you need to get started without complications.

In addition, these kits have a clearly educational component. They are an excellent option for children and families: Messor barbarus ants are native European species, they have no venom, they do not sting, they cannot nest in a house, and they are a perfect species for learning about animal behavior and ecology.
