You can pay your order with the following payment methods:

1.- Transfer / Transfer / Bank deposit:

Indicating in the concept NO. OF ORDER and sending us by email a copy of the receipt to the address: [email protected]. Once the receipt is received, your order will be sent. Once the order is placed, you will have a maximum period of 5 days to make the transfer. If after this period we do not receive confirmation of payment from our bank or from the customer, we will cancel the order.

2.- Paypal:

PayPal is safe, fast and simple, and allows you to send and receive money in Spain and around the world. You can pay by credit card. This data is sent directly to Paypal through a secure connection (SSL), so that the merchant never has access to your bank details: we only receive a Paypal message indicating the validity or not of the payment.
PayPal, an eBay group company, is the international leader in Internet payment solutions, with its more than 78 million user accounts worldwide. Buyers and sellers use PayPal every day, as well as many other companies on the Internet. In addition, it is available in 56 countries and 6 currencies. This means of payment has a surcharge of 3.5% charged by PayPal as a commission for the service and that is already included in the breakdown of the total order.

3.- Payment With Credit Card:

The payment by credit card used in Anthouse.es is made through the secure payment gateway of LaCaixa (Servired). By means of this payment method, Anthouse.es never collects or manipulates any customer data related to your card number. All data is processed directly by LaCaixa, so that Anthouse.es can always offer the highest transparency and confidentiality in the transaction. The payment of your order is made directly with the bank, thus offering maximum security.

The cards currently supported by the payment gateway are all those that bear the Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express badges.

4.- Bizum:

Payment is made by entering your mobile number and confirming the transaction in your banking app, which speeds up and facilitates instant and secure transactions. With this payment method, Anthouse.es never collects or manipulates any customer data related to their card number. All data is processed directly by LaCaixa, so that Anthouse.es can always offer the utmost transparency and confidentiality in the transaction.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We remind you that your order will be related to an IP and stored in our database. ANTHOUSE.ES reserves the right to use this information to take legal action against those persons who place orders with false identities or shipping addresses or without any intention to collect or pay for it. In these situations, we will act by criminal means, under the established legal system, and in collaboration with police forces to that effect, the appropriate measures will be taken to put an end to these fraudulent orders. If ANTHOUSE.ES is suspected of any anomaly or fraud, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction for security reasons and to report it to the competent authorities.
