These anthills, being modular, give the option of changing the casing of any type and color, if we do not like a color, we can buy another casing and thus enjoy a totally new anthill, even if not, we are convinced by the union by magnets, we can acquire another casing with other types of joints, the same as if not, we need evaporation through galleries, we can change the humidity module, the range of possibilities of these modular anthills is such, that they adapt 100% to the taste of each client .
Being completely Modular, there are 5 humidity system options to choose from and that can be combined, which we explain in detail:
* Mushroom System:
It has a water tank in the lower part, which is in permanent contact with the humidity system. This is made up of a very resistant paste in the shape of a mushroom that allows the humidity, by capillarity, to reach the top. With this system we manage to keep it in our anthill for weeks, without the need to continually replenish it. The Mushroom is consumed over time, its duration is approximately two years, therefore it is recommended to buy spare parts. The most up-to-date version of this model has a system for extracting the mushroom from the lower part of the anthill, which facilitates its replacement without the need to bother the ants. The mushroom tank has a capacity of 20 ml, and a rod is included for its control.
*PVA system:
To moisten the anthill, we will use a syringe without a needle and wet the Green Foam until it does not absorb any more water and allowing it to spread over the acrylic plates of the anthill, being careful not to flood the galleries excessively to prevent the ants from drowning. . The Green Foam must always be moist.
* Evaporation system of galleries or soil:
The anthill has a lower part with a tank of 30 ml of water, which by evaporation will provide the humidity that the ants need through micro holes that are found in the galleries of the anthill or the floor of the anthill, depending on what is chosen. easy to fill through a hole in the upper part and with visual control on the sides of the permanent capacity of water at all times, to know when to fill the tank, you can also insert a rod into the hole in the tank to control its capacity at all times. For the gallery evaporation system, it is recommended for medium and large species.
* Without Humidity:
It does not carry any type of humidity, ideal for wood or cork ants that do not need it.
